Why we don’t sell bottles!

Every other refill cleaning brand on the market sells bottles. But we don’t. Why?

Let’s get into it.

The reason is simple really…there is enough plastic in the world. British households throw away collectively nearly 100 billion pieces of plastic every year. That means on average each home throws away 66 pieces of plastic per week, OUCH! We don’t want to add to that.

Plastic was designed to literally last forever, so why don’t we use it that way?

Our ethos is to encourage customers to reuse wherever possible with the aim of keeping plastic out of landfill. Therefore we believe the best practice is to use a fully cleaned-out old spray bottle. Most people have a stock under their kitchen sink or have friends and family who can save some for you.

If that doesn’t tickle your pickle, (we know old Dettol bottles aren’t the most instagrammable) then plenty of our customers purchase reusable glass, metal and plastic bottles which they use again and again.

Why us not selling bottles is good for you:

• Nothing heavy to lug back from the shop
• No waiting in for delivery because our packaging is letterbox sized
• No purchasing water like industry-standard cleaner
• You have a lower carbon footprint
• You create less waste
